At KØLTR, we stand behind what we build. This page outlines the coverage that comes with every product — what's included, what's not, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

GameSled Sheet — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Every GameSled sheet is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your sheet fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal field use, we'll make it right.

Covered: manufacturing defects in the HMWPE sheet, production or assembly defects.

Not covered: normal wear and tear from regular field use, punctures or tears from sharp terrain or pavement, damage from misuse or modification, products purchased on final sale.

Wear over time is not a defect. A sheet that has seen years of hard use has done exactly what it was built to do. For coverage against field damage, see the Field Protection Plan below.

Pursuit Series Accessories — Lifetime Limited Warranty

All Pursuit Series accessories, add-ons, and spare parts are covered for life against manufacturing defects. This includes the HaulRig, DualPoint, SledLink, SledLock, FieldFlex, HaulFlex, StuffBag, and QuickLash.

Covered: manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, failures in stitching, fasteners, or structural components under normal field use.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or modification, products purchased on final sale.

Valid for the original purchaser only. One repair or replacement per item. Non-transferable.

Apparel — 1-Year Limited Warranty

KØLTR Crest Series apparel is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Covered: defects in stitching, construction, or materials under normal use.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from improper washing or care, products purchased on final sale.

Quebec residents may have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act. The legal warranty of reasonable durability applies to all products sold in Quebec, regardless of the express warranty offered. For more information, consult the Office de la protection du consommateur.

Field Protection Plan — 3-Year Coverage

The Field Protection Plan is an optional add-on available for the GameSled LTE, STD, and PRO. It covers punctures, tears, and field damage for 3 years from the date of purchase — for the scenarios you can't plan for.

Covered: punctures and tears from field use, accidental field damage under normal hunting conditions.

Not covered: intentional damage or misuse. GameSled XL or Beta units. Units bought more than 7 days apart from the purchase of the protection plan.

Replacement Sheet Program

When a sheet has done its job and reached the end of its useful life, KØLTR offers a replacement sheet cut from the same 1/8" HMWPE as your original GameSled — same material, same specs, same performance. Available for GameSled LTE, STD, and PRO.

The replacement sheet carries the same 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects as the original GameSled sheet.

To request a replacement sheet, complete the replacement request form. Registration and proof of the worn sheet are required for approval.

Retail Purchases: Warranties apply equally to products purchased through authorized retail partners. A retail receipt constitutes valid proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty or protection plan claim, complete our claim form. You will be asked to provide your proof of purchase, product registration confirmation, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the affected product.

Photos are essential for remote assessment. If documentation is insufficient, we may request that the product be shipped for inspection. All submissions are logged and managed through our internal system — you will receive a confirmation once your claim has been received.

We commit to resolving warranty cases within 3 to 5 business days. During hunting season, we prioritize urgent cases to minimize disruption to your hunt.

If a defect is confirmed, a repair will be offered where applicable. Otherwise, a replacement will be provided with a product of equivalent or better composition. The warranty covers one repair or replacement per original purchase. The decision to offer a repair or replacement is at KØLTR's discretion based on the nature of the defect.

What "Normal Field Use" Means

Normal field use means hunting-related activities including game recovery, bait transport, and gear hauling in forest, snow, and mud terrain. It excludes use on pavement, at motorized vehicle speeds, with sharp or abrasive tools, or in any application outside of hunting and outdoor field use.

General Conditions

All warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. One claim is permitted per purchased item. These warranties are service commitments, not insurance policies. Warranties are voided by modification, misuse, or use outside of normal field conditions.

Uses that may void your warranty include dragging over pavement or hard abrasive surfaces, use at high speeds with motorized vehicles, damage from sharp tools or objects, and modifications or repairs by the user or a third party.

Our Approach

This warranty exists to support you — not to monitor or judge. You know your gear and your field conditions better than anyone. If you're unsure whether your situation is covered, reach out. We handle every case with honesty, respect, and common sense.

If your product is damaged in a way that falls outside the scope of the warranty, contact us anyway. We'll always try to find a fair way forward — because standing behind our gear means more than checking boxes.
