Information We Collect: We collect personal information when you make a purchase, fill out a form on our site, register a product, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us directly. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information.

We also collect information through Google Forms — used for product registration, beta program activation, and feedback collection. Google's privacy practices apply to information submitted through these forms.

How We Use Your Information: We use your information to process and ship your orders, manage your product registration and warranty coverage, respond to your inquiries, and send you marketing communications if you have given your consent. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to support your experience with KØLTR.

Marketing Communications and SMS: If you have provided your phone number and consented to receive SMS messages from KØLTR, we may send you text messages regarding product launches, limited drops, pre-order openings, and exclusive updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive SMS communications is separate from any purchase and is not a condition of buying from us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at contact@koltr.com. Opting out of SMS will not affect any other relationship with KØLTR.

We obtain express consent before sending any commercial electronic message, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

How We Protect Your Information: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our store is built on Shopify, which maintains its own security standards and privacy practices.

Information Sharing: We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Certain information may be shared with trusted partners only when necessary to process and ship your order (carriers, payment processors), provide a service you have specifically requested, or comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. These partners are required to protect your data and use it solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We use Omnisend to manage email and SMS marketing communications. Information shared with Omnisend is limited to what is necessary to deliver these communications and is governed by Omnisend's privacy policy.

Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
