Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. We aim to ship sooner whenever possible — but we'd rather exceed your expectations than overpromise. During peak periods such as pre-season (August–September) and the holiday gifting season (November–December), processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders of $149.99 and over, shipped within Canada.
Carriers: We ship via multiple carriers based on the best available rate and reliability for your location. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location. As a general guide:
• Québec: 2–3 business days
• Ontario: 3–5 business days
• Western Canada (BC, Alberta, etc.): 5–8 business days
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or remote locations. KØLTR is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Use it to follow your delivery directly with the carrier.
GameSled XL: The GameSled XL is not available for shipping. It is available for purchase online at koltr.com and in store at authorized retail partners. Pickup is exclusively in store. See the product page for availability and details.
Field Protection Plan: The Field Protection Plan is a service product and does not require shipping.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Canada Only: We currently ship within Canada only.
