Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it's right for you. Unbox it, inspect the build, feel the quality. If something doesn't feel right, we'll take it back.
Conditions:
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
• The product will be inspected upon return to confirm eligibility
• We recommend inspecting the product before unrolling it. Rolling it back up and repackaging after the first deployment may leave marks or impressions on the sheet — which could affect return eligibility upon inspection.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is charged at the most affordable rate available for your location. We'll provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods.
Apparel: Apparel may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Headwear: All hat sales are final. Every cap that reaches you is brand new. Unlike apparel, caps can't be washed like regular clothes — so we don't accept returns. What you get has never been on anyone else's head.
GameSled XL Beta: Returns are accepted within 30 days of pickup at Elite Precision. The sled must be unused and in its original condition. All items received at pickup — including the Moose Edition cap and accessory bag — must be returned. Missing or used items will be deducted from the refund at their retail value. Returns must be initiated by contacting contact@koltr.com and coordinated through Elite Precision.
Retail Purchases: Products purchased through an authorized retail partner must be returned directly to the store where the purchase was made. The retailer's return policy applies. For warranty claims on retail purchases, contact us directly at mailto:contact@koltr.com.
Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Field Protection Plan: The Field Protection Plan is refundable if the associated GameSled unit has not been registered or if the purchase exceeds 7 days following the purchase of the original order. Once registration conditions are met, the plan is non-refundable.
Out of Stock / Unfulfillable Orders: If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 business days. No store credit will be issued without your explicit consent.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting mailto:contact@koltr.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. GameSled XL Beta pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After that period, the pre-order is confirmed and in production — cancellations are handled at KØLTR's discretion.
Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, document the damage with photos within 48 hours of receipt and contact us at contact@koltr.com. KØLTR will manage the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
