2026 PUBLIC FIELD VALIDATION PROGRAM

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The 2026 GameSled XL Beta Program is a public field validation initiative limited to 60 numbered units. Participants are invited to hunt with the GameSled XL during the 2026 season and submit post-season feedback to contribute to the public validation of the product.

The program includes two separate prize components: a Cerakote rifle finish draw and a field photo prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Beta Program, you must:

• Be a resident of Québec, Canada

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase or at the time of alternate entry request

• Have purchased a numbered GameSled XL Beta unit through koltr.com or at Elite Precision, Québec, between June 1 and June 28, 2026, and completed the activation form before October 31, 2026

OR

• Have submitted a qualifying alternate entry request before October 31, 2026

No purchase necessary to enter. To request entry without purchase, email a written explanation of why you should participate in the 2026 GameSled XL Beta Program to contact@koltr.com, no later than October 31, 2026. Minimum 500 words. AI-generated content will not be accepted. Your full name must be included. Qualifying requests will receive the feedback form by email. One entry per person regardless of entry method.

4. HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 — Activate your unit Complete the activation form [here] before October 31, 2026. Activation is required to be eligible for both prize components. Alternate entrants will receive the feedback form by email upon approval of their request.

Step 2 — Hunt with it Use the GameSled XL during the 2026 season. Note your conditions — terrain, load, weather. Take photos of the sled in action. Share publicly with #KOLTRbeta26.

Step 3 — Submit your feedback Complete the post-season feedback form between November 1 and November 30, 2026 using the link provided at activation. Submissions must be complete and reflect genuine field use of the product.

5. PRIZE 1 — CERAKOTE DRAW

Prize: One Cerakote rifle finish applied by Elite Precision, Québec. Value up to $600 CAD. Color and pattern selected by the winner from available options at Elite Precision.

How to enter: Submit a complete and sincere post-season feedback form between November 1 and November 30, 2026. Participants who pre-ordered their GameSled XL Beta unit between June 1 and June 28, 2026 receive one additional entry in the Cerakote draw, provided their feedback form meets all qualification criteria.

Selection: One winner selected by random draw among all qualifying submissions.

Qualification criteria: KØLTR reserves the right to disqualify any submission deemed incomplete, insincere, or not reflecting genuine field use of the product. No photo required.

Prize conditions: The Cerakote finish is applied at Elite Precision in Québec City. The winner is responsible for all costs related to transportation, shipping, and retrieval of their firearm. KØLTR assumes no liability for the firearm during transport or application.

Odds: Depend on the number of qualifying submissions received.

6. PRIZE 2 — FIELD PHOTO

Prize: One KØLTR core hoodie. Value approximately $100 CAD. Size subject to availability.

How to enter: Submit at least one photo of the GameSled XL in field conditions — harvest or not — as part of your post-season feedback form.

Selection: One winner selected by KØLTR based on photo quality and field context. This is not a random draw.

Announcement: Winner announced in December 2026 via KØLTR social media channels.

7. PHOTO RIGHTS

By submitting photos as part of the Beta Program, participants grant KØLTR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Participants will be credited where possible. Participants retain ownership of their photos.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• KØLTR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time with reasonable notice.

• KØLTR's decisions regarding prize eligibility and selection are final.

• Employees of KØLTR and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• By participating, participants agree to these rules and conditions in their entirety.

• This program is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.
