You either quarter the animal in the field, or you move it whole. Both are serious operations. The GameSled XL was built for the second one. At 48"×120" and 3/16" HMWPE, it handles the kind of load that breaks other sleds.

THE MATERIAL
HMWPE Not HDPE.
Most hunting sleds are made from HDPE. It's the economical choice, widely available and easy to produce. HMWPE costs more, and we chose it anyway because at KØLTR, we choose what's right. Here's what that changes in the field.
Surface Friction
Coefficient of friction between 0.10 and 0.14, comparable to Teflon. HDPE sits at 0.20. That's a difference of up to 50% in surface friction. Same load. Half the effort.
ABRASION RESISTANCE
Up to 10x more abrasion resistant than HDPE. Every drag across rock, root, or frozen ground removes less material from the sheet.
Thickness is not a quality indicator. Material is.
Structural Strength
HMWPE has longer, denser molecular chains. That's why you find it in conveyors, snow blowers, and high-friction industrial applications. HDPE has shorter chains. That's why you find it in bottles, jugs, and consumer grade products.
One material is chosen for convenience. The other is chosen for what it can take.
In The Field
What it means for you? Less friction. More resistance. A sheet built to outlast seasons, not compensate for material limits.
That's why we choose HMWPE.
How it Works
Beta Program
01 — ACTIVATE BEFORE THE SEASON Register your GameSled XL unit before heading out. Activation is required to be eligible for the Cerakote draw and the photo contest.
02 — IN THE FIELD Hunt with it. Note your conditions — terrain, load, weather. Take photos of the sled in action, harvest or not. Share publicly with #KOLTRbeta26.
03 — FEEDBACK AFTER THE SEASON Complete the post-season feedback form using the link received by email. Submit your best field photo directly in the form. Properly completed forms are entered into the Cerakote draw. Random draw among qualifying submissions.

The prize
Cerakote is a ceramic-polymer coating applied directly to your rifle's metal, polymer, and wood surfaces. It bonds at the molecular level, protecting against corrosion, abrasion, humidity, and field conditions that degrade standard finishes over time. Hundreds of colors and patterns, applied by certified technicians at Elite Precision.

HaulFlex
1,500 lb WL
The HaulFlex is the hauling rope. With a recommended working load of 1,500 lb and a breaking strength of 5,500 lb, it handles the weight without asking questions.
FieldFlex
400 lb WL
The FieldFlex is the lashing rope. With a recommended working load of 400 lb and a breaking strength of 1,500 lb, it secures the load and keeps it there. Knot-friendly by design — holds when you need it to, releases when you want it to. Not the kind of rope that tangles itself in your pack and fights you in the field.
